Strawberry Mochi

Vibe: Strawberry Mochi is sweet, but the rice and red bean keep it from becoming strawberry candy. The fruit is soft and jammy, then glutinous rice gives it that chewy, powdery texture. Brown sugar and vanilla warm everything up at the end.
